Important Information About the Vanier Application for International Students

Students interested in applying for a Vanier CGS should check to see if the institution where they are applying for PhD studies has a Vanier CGS quota. After that, students must notify the institution that they wish to be considered for a Vanier CGS.

A student who has completed the Vanier CGS electronic application via ResearchNet must submit it electronically to the Canadian university that will be submitting their nomination. Applications to the Vanier CGS program cannot be submitted directly.
